Stubbies Workwear Racing Competition Launched:

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to experience drive a real racecar? Now here’s your chance thanks to the Stubbies Workwear Racing (SWR) team, who have launched a unique opportunity that will see 8 lucky prize winners given the chance to experience the ride of a lifetime.

At a recent launch held at the Flying Squid Fish Café in McMahons Point, SWR revealed this fantastic competition for Stubbies Workwear customers that will see them go into the running to experience what it’s like to drive a full blown race car around Sydney’s Oran Park Raceway in a full corporate day.

There are a total of 8 positions available and entering is easy, simply purchase an item from Stubbies Workwear range and filling out an entry form.

Included in the prize, are airfares, transfers and accommodation.

During the launch SWR team owner Derryn Harrison announced that there will be four cars on the corporate day, two decked out in Stubbies Workwear, and two in Vodafone colours. Along with the # 72 Stubbies Workwear Spectrum campaigned by Dane Rudolph, another Spectrum was confirmed on the night, which will be laced out in Stubbies Workwear colours and will carry the # 27. This was an announcement that came as a huge surprise to everyone present, especially Stubbies Workwear.

“Stubbies Workwear have been fantastic and generous sponsors for both our SWR and Vodafone teams,” explained Harrison. “As a result of our merchandise being provided by Stubbies Workwear, we had some additional funds in the budget and accordingly we wanted to spend the money in a way to get the best bang for buck. With the response from Stubbies Workwear at the launch, I can assure you we have achieved that.”

SWR team driver, Rudolph, who competes in the NSW Formula Ford Series, was present at the launch. Very much excited about the entire competition, Rudolph recommends everyone to enter.

“This is an awesome prize and one that everyone should enter. What have they got to lose?” enthused, Rudolph. “It’s a great opportunity to experience what it’s like behind the wheel of a race car and one that doesn’t come around everyday.”

The competition will close on September 30 – 2005 and each entry must be posted separately and include a completed entry form, and the barcode from the purchased item. Remember to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. (Conditions apply).
