| 8.00am | Requested arrival time. When people arrive we ask them find to a suit, helmet, boots and gloves that fit correctly (we will assist them) and then let them help themselves to the tea/coffee and biscuits. |

| 8.45am | In - Car Familiarization. With the participants in the car, our team explains the mechanical workings of Formula Ford's. We then jack up rear wheels of one car and perform demonstration of - * Safely stepping in and out of vehicle * Starting sequence * Correct method of changing gear * Switching off sequence |
| 9.00am | Track familiarization details. |
| 9.15am | Road car preview of track for about 3 or 4 laps. Stopping at each corner on first lap and then build up speed (still no where near squealing tyres) to point out dangers, lines to help get around tight corners easier and to help learn the track direction. |
| 9.45am | SESSION 1. Familiarization run. Just using 2nd gear only. |
| 10.45am | SESSION 2: Gear Changing Session. Use same circuit as first session but add gear changing exercise. |
| 11.45am | Re-fuel. 5mins |
| 12.05am | Explain figure 8 circuit including lines, gear change points and things to watch for. |
| 12.50am | SESSION 3: Circuit session. First session on figure 8 circuit. |

| 1.45pm | SESSION 4: Getting Faster. On the figure 8 circuit each driver is given additional laps as their confidence grows. Smooth and steady. |
| 2.45pm | Re-fuel 5 mins. |
| 2.50pm | SESSION 5: Putting it together. Concentrating on smooth lines, hitting the braking marks, controlling the car. This is not about speed, its about being smooth. |
| 3.50pm | Demo if time permits. |
| 4.00pm | Begin return journey to Sydney. |
